Christina Paquette
Founder/Owner, Massage Therapist
Christina Paquette is the founder of Watertown Massage Therapy and a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute. Christina spent 5 years as an assistant lecturer at Cortiva Institute sharing her knowledge and techniques with aspiring therapists.

Christina specializes in Deep Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, 
Myofascial Release, StretchingGeneral Therapeutic Massage and other active techniques.
With Christina no two sessions are the same as she takes time to evaluate the client and adjust her treatment based on individual's needs in order to improve overall health, mobility and functionality.

Twyla Everett
Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Dance Instructor
Twyla Everett has been devoted to the art of movement and body healing for over 9 years. As a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Counselor, and Licensed Massage Therapist, Twyla specializes in Sports Massage and Functional Flexibility. Her therapeutic touch incorporates manual stretching and release methods, working with scar tissue, and releasing the sources of tension in our bodies.

Twyla is also the owner of Off The Wall Personal Training studio, and teaches competitive and recreational dance and Acrobatics for kids. She believes that we can all continue to train our bodies to heal, manage pain, and support us so that we can focus on the things we love most in life.

David O'Connell
Certified Personal Trainer/ AIS Practitioner/ Orthopedic Massage Therapist
David O’Connell has a career in bodywork and exercise that has spanned over 20 years. He has earned certifications in Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Myofacial Therapies. David is a personal trainer specializing in Corrective and Medical Exercise for individuals with injuries or dysfunctional posture. David is also an instructor in Vinyasa Yoga and Thai Chi.

David has teaching experience in Active Isolated Stretching across the US as well as in Hong Kong and Shanghai. David utilizes strong, yet gentle technique using a combination of various techniques and modalities to maximize rehabilitation, optimize performance and increase function.
